PKF Infuse is one of the UK’s top 35 Managed Service Providers, and as we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

The important work you will be doing:

You’ll play a central role in ensuring our IT projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating project meetings.

• Taking clear, accurate meeting minutes and distributing them promptly to relevant stakeholders.

• Tracking and monitoring key project milestones and progress.

• Proactively flagging potential risks, delays, or blockers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, updates, documentation, and requests.

• Managing client expectations with clear, regular, and transparent communication.

• Assisting with the allocation and tracking of internal resources, including IT engineers and technical specialists.

• Liaising with third-party vendors to coordinate service delivery and maintain strong working relationships.

• Working closely with technical support, infrastructure teams, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services and project components.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance project workflows, documentation, and management processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

The skills and experience you will bring:

We’re looking for someone who combines people skills, organisation, and a proactive mindset. You should have:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation

• Experience coordinating projects—ideally within an IT or technical environment

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and keep projects moving
