Our ICT Level 3 apprenticeships
Every apprenticeship journey at Infuse begins on our Service Helpdesk – our trusted hub for client support – where you’ll be equipped with the skills to solve our clients’ day-to-day tech issues. Working with a diverse range of clients, you’ll learn how to respond to both routine situations and unfamiliar challenges.
As you work towards your ICT Level 3 qualification, you’ll develop knowledge in a range of service areas, including IT support, cyber security and cloud solutions, and expand your tech troubleshooting toolkit with a wide range of IT solutions.
Combine this expertise with the invaluable hands-on experience and soft skills you’ll gain as one of our Helpdesk Support Technicians and you’ll complete your apprenticeship with everything you need to start building a promising career in IT.
